Pursuit Grooves
Pursuit Grooves stands out in the electro-soul-vibe-bass-house genre not only as a female producer but as an accomplished music producer and live performer in general. Refusing to be defined or labeled she graciously accepts all of her influences to create something that is distinctly her own while owing much to the past. Inspiration includes soul/funk artists (Cameo, Sade, Loose Ends), trip hop gurus (Bjork, Massive Attack, Portishead) and hip hop producers (DJ Premier, Pete Rock, Jay Dee).

She is a Red Bull Music Academy alum (Barcelona) and released her "Fox Trot Mannerisms" EP and "Frantically Hopeful" full length on UK labelTectonicRecordings, both highlighting her knack for delivering warm melodies over varying tempos. She has been featured on @Gilles Peterson's Brownswood Bubblers (UK) compilation, Cosmopolyphonic (Japan) compilation and albums for Swede:art and Portformat on Tokyo Dawn Records (Germany). She has also produced remixes for international acts Altocamet, PLANNINGTOROCK and The Knife Music.

This is her debut performance in New Orleans.

SlowPitchSound
SlowPitchSound is a trail blazer in the Toronto creative music scene. An experimental turntablist or as he calls himself, scifi-turntablist, he has been developing his own style of music composition/performance art over nearly 20 years and has released 7 studio recorded albums. His passion for breaking boundaries and presenting fresh ideas has allowed him to perform works in Sweden, Australia, Great Britain, Netherlands, USA and Canada. Past projects have been supported by the Canada Council for the Arts, Ontario Arts Council (OAC) and Toronto Arts Council. When he is not improvising or performing as SlowPitchSound he is co-operating and instructing at Toronto's Off Centre DJ & Electronic Music Production School as well as mentoring at the Regent Park Music School as part of the Turning Point Youth Services Program.

This is his debut performance in New Orleans.

Zetroc
Graciously impacted with ivory flourishes and the sensual vocalizations of personal politics that defined early soul and jazz, Zetroc is the product of multi-instrumentalist, singer/songwriter, Jamey Brown. Initially emerging as an instrumental artist in 2008, Brown as Zetroc eventually honed his affinity for lyricism, furthering the seamless melding already carried between his intimacy and experimentation with electronic music and psychedelia. His sound and art having been well crafted, he released his premier EP, Atrophy, in January 2014. The sound and aesthetic of Atrophy – and Zetroc himself, – are without easy description. The self-produced EP is at once a catharsis, a yearning layered with a fervency radiating through its seven tracks. Zetroc wrestles with love, loss, misdirection and hope with subtle electronic loops and keyboard-accompanied melodic croons.

Zetroc was prestigiously selected to Red Bull Music Academy's 2016 Bonnaroo Bass Camp and has completed his follow-up to Atrophy, slated to be released in late 2017.
